Beer Bread
For one large loaf you will need:
3 cups self rising flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 level teaspoon dried chives
1/2 to 3/4 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
One 12 ounce can of room temperature beer (I used Budweiser and it worked very well)
