Can Halloween Mask sales pick the next president

The Halloween spirit store thinks so.  Halloween Spirit store spokesman claim to have picked the previous presidential elections based on the sales of candidate Halloween masks. The store has shown the higher the sales  for a particular candidate’s Halloween mask, the greater the chance of them getting elected.

The Spirit Halloween Presidential Index measures sales of the masks, and in 2004, sales were 65 percent to 35 percent for George W. Bush over John Kerry.

In 2000, more revelers purchased Bush Halloween masks, with Bush sales at 57 percent to 43 percent for Al Gore.

In 1996, Bill Clinton Halloween masks were snapped up 71 percent to Bob Dole’s 29 percent.

So this year if the trend stays true Obama will likely win by a landslide. The Halloween Spirit Store has only been opened a few weeks, but the Obama Halloween masks are outpacing the Mccain Halloween masks almost two to one.

Presidential Debate October 7

In a few hours the second presidential debate will take place. It will surely be a hot debate as the hit squads from both sides have been in full force the past few days. Hopefully this presidential debate on October 7 will be more interesting than the last presidential debate which put me to sleep. The presidential debate time is 9PM tonight and the sparks should fly.

Keating Economics, Keating Five, Hannity s America and Obama and Friends

The political landscape is really heating up as attacks come from both sides of the contest. The Obama campaign has released a 13 minute web video( which can’t be served right now because of bandwidth ) attacking Mccain and his involvement with the Keating Five. The video titled Keating Economics : John McCain and the Making of a Financial Crisis. Needless to say the video is not flattering to Mccain. The video high lights  the Keating Five with its Keating Economics title.

This comes as Mccain has also slammed Obama and Hannity’s America displayed a  video series showing some of Obama’s past associations with people of questionable nature. Hannity’s America and its segment Obama and Friends has really upset a lot of people. It was not even put out by the Mccain people but they are getting blamed anyway. Face it Shaun Hannity just does not like Obama and it would not surprise me if he produced the fabled Michelle Obama Whitely tape soon

Well we have another month of this junk and I’m sure there will be an answer to the Keating Economics video showcasing the Keating Five from the Mccain camp soon.
