Black Friday Round 2 Day After Christmas Sales

Well the day after Christmas may even net better bargains than Black Friday did. Many retailers are slashing prices in hopes of turning around the dismal Christmas Sales numbers for 2008. The day after Christmas sales are now being dubbed Black Friday 2 because of the many discounts many stores are putting on after Christmas.

Clothing stores such as Kohls and Belks are slashing prices on many clothing brands with many sales prices being as much as 70-90% off the regular price. I originally was not going to go shopping today as we decided we were not going to spend much money this year. In fact my wife and I decided to only buy for our child and we did not buy Christmas presents for each other. With these the Day after Christmas sales we may have to change our mind and take a little trip to the after Christmas sales around town. I’m still not planning on buying anything outside of work clothes or items we will need anyway, but if I can save some money on items I would have to purchase anyway then I’m all for it.

The After Christmas sales do not only apply to Clothing stores. Stores such as Kmart, Walmart and Bestbuy are all slashing prices during their After Christmas Sale too.

Well its time to go take a shower and get to work looking for a great deal on After Christmas Sale items.
