All you have to do is organize all of the paper work now to get ahead of the crowd.

In order to obtain this benefit earlier, you will need to get two quotes from insulation installers. The installers should either own or be employed by an installer that has been registered with the early rebate. 

The early quote will need to include the R-Value that needs to be installed, the material that will be used, the measurements of the area that needs to have it, business number and name of the installation company and the costs. 

The installer you choose should be registered with this refund program and you will be responsible to make sure they meet all of the requirements of the Australian government. 

Just because you are getting two different quotes, it does not mean you have to go with the one that is the cheapest. The Australian government is not telling people that they have to choose the one that is the cheapest.
