Angela Stokes loses Weight with Raw Food Diet

Angela Stokes has managed to lose over 160 pounds utilizing a Raw food diet. The Raw food diet helped Angela stoke lose here weight over a 4 year period and she has been able to keep it off. Angela was always overweight even as a child, but she was able to overcome her weight problem with this raw food diet.

Angela Stokes urges any one who is considering a raw food vegan diet to start off slow. I’ve had several friends who have adopted a Raw food diet and went totally raw food vegan with their diet and they all say the same thing. Your body is not  accustomed to only raw foods so it takes time for your system to adjust. Bit all my friends also remark that they feel a lot better after adopting an all raw food vegan diet. I’ve considered it, but I guess I have a mental block to giving up meat. I know a Vegan diet whether its normal Vegan or all raw food vegan diet would really help my health and quite possibly help me have a lot more energy. One negative about the raw food diet is the amount of time it requires to prepare the food. This really seems weird as you think about eating raw carrots or celery, etc… But you have to be careful with these raw food diets and ensure you are getting a full balanced diet, including your protein. This is not impossible with the raw food diet, but it is something you need to be aware of and ensure you are getting everything you need with a raw food diet. It definitely seems to be working for Angela Stokes.

      Good for you Angela!
      The one thing I’ve never understood is what counts as raw/vegan?
      Is a Doritos sandwich vegan:
