How to Cure Insomnia
I have found myself looking for methods to cure insomnia lately. Seems like I’m having more and more trouble falling to sleep in a timely manner. I’ve done a little research on what may be the causes of insomnia and some ways I may be able to cure it. Insomnia can cause a lot more problems for you than just falling asleep in the middle of the day. Prolonged insomnia and a lack of adequate sleep can weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to illnesses.
Insomnia generally comes in one of three varieties:
- Insomnia Type 1 is where you have difficulty falling asleep when you go to bed.
- Insomnia Type 2 is where you fall asleep easily but wake up to early.
- Insomnia Type 3 is a blend. You may fall asleep easily or with difficulty and then wake up frequently during the night.
I’ve been suffering form a combination of insomnia type 1 and insomnia type 3. I say a combination because I seem to have more trouble falling asleep than staying asleep once I get to sleep. Although sometimes I will fall asleep and then wake up very early in the morning without being able to go back to sleep. This is really dragging on me and I think I know the reason for my insomnia. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and this is likely causing my inability to sleep properly. Stress is one of the major factors that can contribute to insomnia in a lot of people. I’m going to probably start a series on the subject of insomnia and method I find for curing insomnia and finally trying to some methods to fall asleep in a consistent manner.
Welcome back!
