Well is there a diet which can help men lose weight and improve their sex life too? This is a claim that the eat clean diet for men makes. The eat clean is about picking your foods and only eating clean foods. Clean foods are foods that are healthy. This makes a lot of sense if you think about it. Everyone knows that foods with high fat content can decrease your sex drive.

Eat This Not That

Eat This Not That is a new diet making the rounds. Well actually its not a diet at all but its more about making healthy choices when you eat. This makes a lot of sense to me and something I should really be doing. The Eat This Not That diet stresses the importance of making choices on calories and fat within a certain dish and choosing the one which makes the least impact on your waist line.

Many restaurants have healthy choices on their menu and if you take a little time to look then you can choose a dish which won’t make you blow up to look like Shamu the Killer whale. I know I’m guilty of just ordering foods of the menu without consideration to how many calories are in the dish. I could always make another choice and come out a lot better with the consumed calorie count. Another thing to look at is the portion size in restaurants. Many restaurants just serve was too much food and if you get a smaller portion such as the kids meal a lot of times it is more than enough for most adults. Looks like the Eat This Not That diet may just be what the doctor ordered to improve my waistline this year.
